The Zone areas have convenient communication location enabling easy transport of goods and passengers by different means of transportation.

There are main communication routes in the neighborhood, the most important: the international express highway A-4 connecting Western Europe and Ukraine, running through the town of Dębica 20 km from Mielec.
The airport situated in the Zone area in Mielec provides charter service in passenger transport and cargo in domestic and international traffic.
The railway connections provides transport of goods directly from the Zone. Moreover, 20-30 km away a reloading station of wide track railway leading to Ukraine and Russia is situated.
Customs Services for both import and export are available on the spot at the Customs Office. Agencies providing customs services and warehousing are also located within the Zone.

Available work-force

SEZ EURO-PARK MIELEC offers considerable amount of qualified workforce, both production workers and managers. New industrial sectors using new technologies and methods of work organization have influence on staff diversity.

The available work - force in the Zone comes from following sources:

staff coming from companies developed from the restructuring of local industry (Factory of Transportation Equipment WSK PZL - Mielec).

Due to their geographic location, areas of Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK MIELEC have exceptionally clean environment and good geotechnical conditions.
The Bieszczady and Beskidy Mountains and many famous historic places are attractive offers to rest in one of the most environment friendly areas in the country.

Friendly Business Environment

Economic boom caused by many new investments in the main area of the Zone - Mielec is the result of the influence of SSE EURO-PARK MIELEC on the surroundings (town - microregion).
The Zone increased the demand for various services and as a result many new companies were established in Mielec and many new jobs were created.

The development apparently increased the demand for such services as: transport services, communication and courier services, security agencies (employing about 300 people), education (the following institutions, among many others, were created due to the demand of the Zone: Centre of Practical Education, University of Economy and Management in Mielec and others), IT services (fivefold increase of tenants in the following markets: computer equipment, software, xerographic equipment, fax, telephone, cash register), catering, hotel trade. The intensity of logistics in the Zone significantly increased over 5000 cars drive into the Zone every day, including 1100 trucks. Moreover, 13000 railway carriages enter the Zone every year by railway.
