EURO-PARK MIELEC Special Economic Zone is managed by the Industrial Development Agency S.A. pursuant to the Decree of the Council of Ministers dated September 5th 1995. 
 

ARP S.A. is a State-owned joint-stock company. Since its creation in 1991, the mission of the Agency is active participation in the transformation of state-owned industrial economic entities and the creation of new entities adjusted to functioning in market economy conditions.

This mission is implemented through:

• substantive assistance in transformation of capital enterprises
• active participation in the restructuring 
• financial support of the processes of restructuring of enterprises
• partnership in the realisation of industrial policy.
